Bruno Boustani
Bruno Boustani has 30 years of experience as a senior executive, mostly in Saudi Arabia. He has more than 15 years of Strategy Consulting experience with global firms like Booz Allen Hamilton, EY, and Arthur D. Little, about 10 years in Investment Banking (mainly in Private Equity), and in day-to-day Operations Management. He was the Chief Strategy Officer for Obeikan Investment Group, a multi-billion-dollar industrial and educational conglomerate, for 7 years in Saudi Arabia, and Chief Operating Officer of Swicorp, one of the largest investment banks in the MENA region, and currently of $10kInvest Sarl, an advisory and investment firm. Mr. Boustani has solid expertise in strategy at both levels: strategy development and, more importantly, strategy implementation through establishing and managing ePMOs. He led their strategic planning function, business development, due diligence, business transformation programs, partnerships and JVs, M&A, change management, restructuring, and turnarounds. His board experience includes serving as a Board Member of OnurbbCapital Holding SAL and Board Advisor at Beyond Group. Mr. Boustani holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Finance & International Business from McGill University, Canada and a BS in Management and Marketing from Northeastern University, Boston, USA. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, and is a dual citizen of the United States and Lebanon.
